Full job description
The officers monitor early-childhood centres against national minimum standards, conduct visits and quality-assurance follow-up, maintain activity records, coordinate professional development, support parent engagement, review and update the national early-childhood curriculum, develop instructional strategies, and work with government, NGO and regional partners. Grade 15 Step 1 salary is EC$76,936.56 per year and Grade 14 Step 1 is EC$72,404.16 per year.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants need either a master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Education Leadership or a related field plus a Certificate/Diploma in Education and three years supervising early-childhood programmes; or a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Studies, Education or a related field plus a Certificate/Diploma in Education and five years in teaching service or early-childhood programmes.
