Overview The Custodian at Cook Spencer is responsible to keep building and working environment clean. Responsibilities • Read, understand, and carry out written and oral instructions• Trash removal• Sweep and mop floors• Clean walls• Dust various surfaces• Deep clean work stations• Provide legible and accurate documentation • Complete quality work at acceptable department determined rates • Commit to a minimum 40 hour work week• Work effectively with limited supervision• Work closely with co-workers.• Work with chemicals such as cleaners and isopropyl alcohol Qualifications • Minimum 18 years of age Must be able to work 5:30pm - 2am, Monday-Friday. Qualifications
• Minimum 18 years of age
