Abt Electronics specializes in electronics, appliance & furniture sales, delivery, installation, and servicing all the products we sell. Primary duties include:

Assist customers over the phone with their home electronics service needs

Basic troubleshooting & tech support for consumer electronics

Process returns & exchanges
-
Create service tickets to document customers’ needs & dispatch techs to customers’ homes
Job Requirements:

Basic operational knowledge of consumer electronics

Strong computer skills

Ability to take initiative & make decisions

Approachable & outgoing personality

Scheduling includes night & weekend hours

Bi-lingual a plus
