This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Account Manager, Growth (French Speaking) based in Canada. This is a customer-focused account management opportunity supporting the full lifecycle of enterprise customers, from post-implementation through contract renewal. You will build proactive relationships with key accounts while helping customers maximize the value of cloud-based communication and technology solutions. The role combines relationship management, billing analysis, renewal strategy, technical troubleshooting, and account growth. You will work closely with customers and internal teams across Implementation, Support, Sales, and Engineering to resolve issues and identify opportunities. Strong communication and technical aptitude will be essential for translating complex challenges into clear, practical solutions. The position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and finding new ways to improve account performance.
