What You'll Be Doing: Deliver WOW Service: Build rapport with customers, explain our services, and deliver outstanding customer experiences on every job. On-Site Sales & Estimating: Evaluate job scopes, deliver clear on-site estimates, overcome customer objections, and close sales on the spot. Active Operations: Safely lift, carry, load, and maneuver unwanted items from residential and commercial properties into our trucks. Truck Operation: Drive, navigate, and maintain clean, professional company box trucks (standard driver's license required, training provided). Responsible Disposal: Route, sort, and dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation, and proper waste management.   Rapid Career Advancement: We promote from within whenever possible based on performance, reliability, and leadership ability. Your growth path can include: Certified Sales Lead Operations Lead / Operations Manager People Development Lead Senior Sales Specialist Director of Operations / Director of People Development General Manager Candidate Qualifications & Requirements: Age & License: Must be 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license. Physical Fitness: Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and maneuver 50 to 75+ lbs throughout an active 8–10 hour shift. Schedule Availability: Full-time availability (4–5 shifts per week), including 1 mandatory weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday). Shifts typically begin at 7:00 AM or 12:00 PM. Sales & Service Mindset: Outgoing personality with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Dependability: Reliable transportation, punctual attendance, and a team-first mindset.
