• Own the entire multi-channel (email, push, and notification) marketing communication track end-to-end: strategy, creative direction (copy, templates), and technical implementation.
• Drive business and product growth by proactively identifying, proposing, and implementing lifecycle marketing initiatives to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
• Build, scale, and optimize automated and ad-hoc marketing campaigns using the Braze marketing automation platform.
• Continuously test and optimize messaging, offers, creative, and frequency to maximize customer value, boost engagement, and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to balance business growth with exceptional customer experience.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and adjust communication accordingly.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing, automation, and customer value management. CORE REQUIREMENTS
• Successful previous experience in a similar role in Customer Value Management, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing fields (mid-senior level).
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms: Braze (preferably), Salesforce, Iterable, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to own campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and creative/copywriting to technical setup and performance analysis.
• Solid technical background, analytical, result-oriented mindset, and proven ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
• Experience in planning and executing initiatives across onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a track record of independently driving initiatives that scaled business results.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues and senior leaders.
