Diseñar y optimizar el flujo de atención de agencias B2B (desde contacto inicial hasta resolución) Detectar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos internos y ejecutarlas Trabajar con sistemas CRM y herramientas operativas Documentar procesos y construir herramientas para operación
Formación en Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines. Experiencia en optimización de procesos y mejora continua Conocimiento de CRMs y automatización de workflows Capacidad de mapear procesos end-to-end y detectar ineficiencias Uso de herramientas de IA Manejo avanzado de SQL Manejo de PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense (deseable)
