YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our international fertilizer trading activities. You will coordinate documentation, invoicing, shipment follow-up and trade finance processes while ensuring excellent customer service and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Invoicing and ERP transaction processing
- Export documentation management
- Order execution and shipment monitoring
- Customer communication and support
- Trade finance and Letter of Credit administration
- Coordination with suppliers, logistics providers, banks and internal departments
- Month-end support and reporting activities
- Process improvement and documentation compliance
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, shipping, documentation or international trade
- Experience with export documentation and Incoterms is advantageous
- Knowledge of trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit and CAD is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in an international and fast-paced trading environment
