This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Enablement Manager based in United States. This role will help drive clarity, consistency, and continuous learning across global Customer Success teams. You will design and scale enablement programs that accelerate onboarding and improve ongoing team performance. The position combines customer success, product and sales enablement, program management, learning design, and AI-powered workflows. You will partner closely with Customer Success leadership, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Enablement to keep teams aligned with evolving priorities. Your work will help Customer Success Managers communicate product value, support successful implementations, strengthen retention, and identify expansion opportunities. You will also use data, feedback, and modern enablement technologies to continuously improve learning effectiveness and operational performance. This is an opportunity to build scalable enablement infrastructure while making a measurable impact in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.
