Full job description
The academy path combines classroom and field phases, digital-transformation learning, business and technology acumen, solution knowledge, customer retention/value-realization skills and local on-the-job mentoring. After successful completion, participants move into a direct customer-facing CSM role while continuing to receive coaching.
Requirements & qualifications
The posting seeks 2–3 years of customer-support/business-transformation experience, ideally consulting or account management, plus English, business acumen, AI awareness, problem-solving, project-management and stakeholder skills. Applicants must already possess unrestricted UAE work authorization and not require present or future employer visa sponsorship. The opportunity is explicitly for UAE Nationals.
