The Customer Success Unit (CSU) Sales Excellence Manager will be responsible of: 1. Pipeline Health & Management Partner with stakeholders to support predictable revenue and consumption growth across segments and solution areas. Collaborate with segment leaders, Finance, and Business and Sales Operations teams on fiscal year planning activities that require sales excellence expertise and support. experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field OR equivalent experience. Experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions. Experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers. Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Experience in managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience.
