Full job description
Own CX platform administration and reliability; configure Zendesk, Vitally and related systems; design automations and integrations using APIs, webhooks and low/no-code tools; support AI-enabled triage and agent workflows; test and document changes; and partner with support, success, product, engineering and data teams. Remote states an annual salary range of EUR 36,900–83,050.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires strong ownership and hands-on Zendesk or comparable support-platform experience, CX/customer-success platform operations experience, end-to-end rollout ownership, automation experience, practical familiarity with AI-enabled support workflows, comfort with APIs/webhooks/integrations, and clear written and spoken English. Vitally or similar customer-success platform experience and remote-first experience are pluses.
