- Designing and implementing security measures specifically for IoT devices and networks, ensuring secure communication and data protection.
- Implementing and managing security controls within cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Providing specialized consulting services to organizations to enhance their IoT, cloud, and overall digital security.
- Leading a team of security analysts to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents, with a focus on cloud and IoT environments.
- Designing end-to-end IoT solutions with a strong emphasis on security, ensuring devices, networks, and data are protected.
- Conducting security assessments, vulnerability testing, and implementing security measures for IoT and cloud systems.
- Integrating security practices into the DevOps pipeline, ensuring secure development, deployment, and operations of IoT and cloud applications.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in IoT protocols, cloud platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, and encryption methods.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or specialized IoT and cloud security certifications.
- Experience: Hands-on experience with security tools, threat detection, incident response, and compliance.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively convey complex security concepts to stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with employees during incidents and reporting.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate scenarios, assess impacts, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
- Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
