How your day-to-day in this role would look:

• Specialist training for the product/service, which will be a vibrant and innovative social media platform, allowing users to create and share short videos on various topics and trends. You will:
• Handle email communication
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case you review
• Resolve tickets
