Our mission is to create a seamless, affordable, and joyful lunch experience that benefits both employees and employers.   What you’ll do Develop and maintain sales and ops analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the leadership team Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualization to track key performance metrics and drive business decisions using SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, or other BI solutions. Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of sales and ops data and highlight improvement opportunities. Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions. Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization Work with business leaders on implementing sales activities as needed with some oversight.    What we’re looking for Great communication skills. Advanced English. Data Analytics. Project management experience preferred. SQL & Excel are a must.  Python (nice to have).
