Investigate billing discrepancies and data-quality issues using Microsoft SQL Server, APIs, Postman and Excel; validate external-vendor integrations; support incident resolution; and identify automation and process-improvement opportunities.
Requirements & qualifications
Advanced SQL and Microsoft SQL Server; Postman or similar API testing; REST/JSON and system integrations; advanced Excel; strong analytical and data-quality skills. Azure, ETL, financial systems or C# code-reading experience are advantageous.
