Interpret data and analyze how assets are performing across CSCP: usage, trends, gaps, internal customer feedback. Assist on coordinating with Data Governance to understand the holistic data landscape and the need for Data Quality (DQ) to create a comprehensive framework. Review and organize requirements, design, validate, verify information, and identify solution options primarily to build data quality frameworks and products. Validate solutions to meet business needs and requirements, remove blockers or barriers to adoption, and realize outlined benefits. Create data analysis and enable developing common data solutions for all CSCP data needs to measure and deliver data quality at scale. Work closely with analysts and engineering to deliver solutions aligned to established architecture rules and AI-native applications. Navigate a highly matrixed organization to commit to deliverables, due dates, and clear accountability for action follow-up. Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field OR equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in data analytics with supply chain domain skills. 7+ years in data management driving analytics solutions for supply chain. Understanding of business process management and data analytics. Ability to define and formulate business and executive metrics through connected data mechanisms. Understanding of supply chain process and master data interconnects. Proficiency in developing Business Intelligence tools (e.g., PySparc, PowerBI). Competency with business data quality implementation within ecosystems such as data lakes, data warehouse, etc. Verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex topics for stakeholders and present actionable insights. Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and changing environment. Commitment to delivering user insight and maximum business impact. Ownership and accountability in managing deadlines and meeting stakeholder expectations. Experience with operationalizing data/metrics into actionable business outcomes.
