Full job description
The role performs data-center break/fix work, decommissions hosts and racks, handles media-removal and first-responder procedures, troubleshoots hardware using standard operating procedures, communicates through tickets and task systems, contributes to operational metrics and process improvement, and follows strict safety and compliance procedures.
Requirements & qualifications
UAE National with a valid family book. The official posting requires a high-school or equivalent diploma plus experience with computer hardware troubleshooting/repair and computer networking. Data-center or other critical-environment experience is preferred.
