Full Job Description

AutoLeap has built a world-class Implementations practice, and we are looking for a driven, talented and passionate Data Conversion Specialist to help us scale it further. This role is for a top performer who is excited about joining AutoLeap's established Data Conversion team and executing against the proven processes and playbooks we've built. In this role, you will help empower automotive shops to operate efficiently by importing clean and actionable data from their legacy software shop management system, laying the groundwork for their long-term success and growth with AutoLeap.

About AutoLeap AutoLeap is the market-leading shop management SaaS provider in the underserved auto repair industry. The Shop Management System (SMS) provides an all-in-one, cloud-based auto repair management software that helps after-market auto shop owners focused on general repair to better understand, manage, and grow their business—from scheduling appointments to managing technicians and generating invoices to help save time and money.

In 2023, we announced our $30m Series B led by Advanced Venture Partners (AVP) and aren’t slowing down. Our mission is to change the auto repair industry one shop at a time, helping shop owners get home to their families earlier and helping them build long-lasting healthy businesses to pass on to future generations. We will be the de facto choice for all shop owners looking to grow and improve their businesses with your help!

As a Data Conversion Specialist you will:

  • Help convert and migrate client data onto the AutoLeap platform from other systems using a suite of in-house tools/Excel with a high attention to detail
  • Be a key partner in helping our Implementation team in reaching ambitious onboarding targets by providing on time and accurate data delivery
  • Set clear expectations throughout the data conversion process and provide actionable conversion recommendations to clients and key stakeholders
  • Project manage a portfolio of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities in our internal processes
  • Support data conversion and implementation for increasingly complex enterprise clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University education in business, STEM, computer science, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a data conversion, data management, or a related data-focused role
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders at all levels
  • A sharp eye for data accuracy and a passion for following — and improving — structured processes
  • Analytical skills backed by high proficiency in combining and manipulating data from
  • various sources – including Microsoft Excel, Access, MS SQL (database structure and queries) and other formats
  • Passion for ensuring customers and team members success - we don’t just want

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some programming experience (python, JS, AI tools) preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in building processes and tooling, owning cross functional communication and impact
