Doctorate in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field AND 3+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results) OR Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field AND 5+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results) OR Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field AND 7+ years data science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results) OR equivalent experience. 3+ years people-management experience. Experience conducting exploratory data analysis, statistical inference, predictive modeling, including regression and classification and forecasting. Experience designing experiments and analyzing results to evaluate hypotheses and inform decisions. Demonstrated leadership in complex technical environments through critical thinking, technical expertise, clear direction, and consistent delivery of results. Demonstrated experience communicating complex data and analytical findings to senior leaders through clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
