Key Responsibilities:
- System Design & Implementation: Design, configure, implement, and maintain Emerson DeltaV or Ovation systems for process automation projects across pharmaceutical, power, water, and wastewater industries.
- System Integration & Customization: Perform system integration, programming, and customization based on project requirements to ensure seamless system functionality.
- System Testing & Commissioning: Conduct system testing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and site support activities.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve control system and instrumentation issues, ensuring smooth plant operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (process, electrical, mechanical) to ensure proper system integration.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, configurations, and user manuals.
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing technical support and training to plant operations and maintenance staff.
Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power, Communication, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Control, or a related field.

Experience:

3–6 years of professional experience in process automation or control systems engineering within pharmaceutical, power, water, or wastewater industries.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV or Ovation systems.

Technical Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of process control logic, HMI configuration, control strategies, and system integration.

Experience in commissioning and start-up of automation projects.

Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Language: Fluent in English.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel abroad as required for project and support activities.
