Ensure sales and negotiation strategies adhere to established guidelines, policies and legal standards. Collabortate with sales, legal and business groups to identify customer blockers/enablers. Ensure sales and negotiation strategies adhere to established guidelines, policies and legal standards. Collabortate with sales, legal and business groups to identify customer blockers/enablers. Manage customers contractual needs after a licensing agreement has been signed. Ensuring we continue a good relationship with every customer past negotiations is critical for the business. You will highlight, propose and coordinate key improvements to processes and empowerment changes. Find new and programatic solutions on how to process customers needs throughout the licensing process Analytical and business judgment skills across a range of disciplines Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity Appetite to learn and deal with a frequently changing environment, incomplete information and complex stakeholder structures Effective communication, cross-group collaboration and project management skills Experience in influencing positive outcomes without direct authority Comfort engaging across all levels of the organization - executives to individual contributors Background in Cloud technologies and a strong perspective of Digital Transformation are highly welcome
