The course focuses on the earliest stage of research-based entrepreneurship: identifying who could benefit from research, testing assumptions, interviewing prospective users, outlining initial business-model assumptions, and understanding financing and commercialisation. It combines lectures, seminars, real-world case studies and guest practitioners, concluding with poster presentations to investors, practitioners and experts.
