Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Delivery Coordinator based in South Africa. This fully remote role supports the smooth delivery of website and digital projects across distributed teams. You’ll help keep timelines, tasks, priorities, and commitments clearly organized and moving forward. Working closely with delivery leadership, clients, developers, designers, QA, and external partners, you’ll ensure everyone has the information needed to execute effectively. The role combines project coordination, communication, process improvement, and hands-on support across digital workflows. You’ll play an important part in identifying blockers and risks early while maintaining accurate project visibility. It’s an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative remote environment where strong organization and reliable follow-through directly support high-quality delivery.
Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, and delivery commitments to help keep projects on schedule. Maintain accurate project boards using Asana and Kanban methodologies, ensuring priorities, owners, statuses, and next steps remain up to date. Coordinate daily task assignments, follow-ups, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners. Identify blockers, missing information, technical dependencies, and potential delivery risks early and escalate them appropriately. Coordinate communication between clients, delivery leadership, developers, designers, QA specialists, and other stakeholders. Translate client requests and project requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers and other specialists. Support the collection of client content, approvals, access credentials, and other information required to complete projects. Handle straightforward WordPress or Shopify content and administrative updates when appropriate. Support quality assurance activities, SOP documentation, process improvements, and adherence to established workflows and standards. Maintain visibility and follow-through across projects without independently owning the entire delivery function. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or a similar role. Previous experience supporting digital projects, websites, software products, or agency environments is preferred. Strong experience with Asana, Kanban, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, or similar project management and collaboration tools. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proactive and accountable, with strong ownership of follow-through, deadlines, and commitments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional and remote teams. Comfortable identifying blockers, dependencies, missing information, and potential project risks before they affect delivery. Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or basic software development concepts is preferred. Able to work independently, stay organized, and maintain effective communication within a fully remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, process-oriented approach to improving execution. Benefits: Fully remote position with a global work-from-anywhere setup. Full-time employment with a 40-hour work week during standard US Mountain Time working hours, with some flexibility. Salary of USD 1,800–2,200 per month. 11 paid holidays annually. 10 days of paid time off per year. Opportunity to work with an international digital team across website development, e-commerce, applications, integrations, hosting, and ongoing digital services. Collaborative remote environment focused on communication, process improvement, and high-quality delivery. Opportunity to develop experience across digital project coordination, delivery operations, and modern web technologies.
