Delivery Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Delivery Manager based in India. This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced staffing professional responsible for driving delivery performance across VMS/MSP-supported accounts. You’ll oversee recruiting operations, candidate pipelines, requisition prioritization, submission quality, and overall delivery execution. The role combines operational leadership with client and MSP relationship management, giving you a direct influence on supplier performance and account outcomes. You’ll use scorecards, KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. You’ll also coach recruiting leaders and teams, helping strengthen sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and compliance practices. The environment is fast-paced and data-driven, requiring strong stakeholder management, organization, and commercial awareness.

Manage day-to-day recruiting and delivery operations across assigned VMS/MSP-supported accounts, including requisition prioritization, candidate pipeline development, and submission quality. Act as the primary point of contact for recruiter support, delivery challenges, and operational escalations within assigned accounts. Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual scorecards and work toward consistently strong supplier performance. Ensure recruiting and delivery activities comply with client and MSP program requirements, including applicable SLAs, KPIs, processes, and quality standards. Analyze delivery metrics, scorecards, and performance data to identify trends, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with account leadership and client stakeholders to align delivery activities with scorecard objectives and program expectations. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, MSP contacts, procurement stakeholders, and other key program partners. Engage regularly with client and MSP contacts to understand priorities, address challenges, align delivery expectations, and strengthen account relationships. Lead and coach Recruiting Managers and recruiting teams to achieve delivery objectives across assigned accounts. Ensure recruiters consistently follow best practices for sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, submissions, and compliance. Identify recruiting training and development needs and contribute to onboarding, coaching, and upskilling initiatives. Promote a data-driven, accountable, and collaborative delivery culture across assigned teams. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience leading recruiting teams within IT staffing, particularly in VMS/MSP-supported environments. Proven experience managing or supporting staffing delivery across client and MSP programs. Strong understanding of Vendor Management Systems such as Beeline and Fieldglass and the operational processes associated with MSP programs. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with MSP, procurement, and client stakeholders. Experience using stakeholder relationships and program knowledge to improve requisition flow, delivery outcomes, and supplier positioning. Strong knowledge of recruiting operations, including requisition prioritization, sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, submission quality, and compliance. Experience coaching and developing recruiters or recruiting managers in a performance-focused environment. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret scorecards, KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across recruiting, account management, client, and procurement teams. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced staffing environment.
