Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Delivery Manager, SAP B1 (Bilingual) based in Canada. This is a senior delivery leadership role responsible for guiding a growing SAP Business One consulting practice across Eastern Canada. You will lead and develop an implementation team while ensuring customers receive high-quality, timely, and value-driven outcomes. The role combines people leadership, project delivery, operational planning, resource management, and commercial accountability. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align capacity, skills, customer requirements, and business priorities. Success in this position means building a high-performing team while improving utilization, profitability, customer satisfaction, and delivery consistency. You will have a meaningful opportunity to shape delivery strategy and contribute to the continued growth of a global technology and business transformation environment.

Lead, coach, and develop the SAP Business One delivery team, fostering engagement, accountability, professional growth, and consistent project success. Oversee delivery performance across the practice, including utilization, revenue, gross margin, delivery targets, customer satisfaction, and other business-plan objectives. Partner with senior leadership to develop delivery plans and growth strategies, including forecasting, capacity planning, margin planning, and resource allocation. Own delivery execution from project kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, budgets, change requests, approvals, risks, timelines, and customer commitments remain on track. Match consultants and resources to projects based on skills, availability, customer requirements, project priorities, and broader business objectives. Create clarity and momentum across the team through effective communication, coaching, feedback, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Monitor project and practice performance, identifying risks and opportunities and taking proactive action to maintain delivery quality and commercial performance. Strengthen relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and high-quality outcomes. Work closely with HR, operations, and cross-functional leadership to support employee engagement, workforce planning, delivery excellence, and organizational objectives. Contribute to the ongoing development of delivery processes, standards, and best practices that improve scalability and consistency. Balance customer, employee, operational, and financial priorities when making delivery and resource decisions. Support the continued growth and maturity of the SAP Business One delivery practice across Eastern Canada. Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in delivery management, consulting leadership, professional services, or a comparable environment. Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing professional services or consulting teams. Strong commercial understanding, including utilization, revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and business performance. Demonstrated experience managing complex project delivery, including scope, budgets, risks, resources, timelines, change management, and customer expectations. Experience delivering ERP implementations or consulting engagements, ideally with SAP Business One. Experience with other ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or NetSuite is also valuable. Strong project execution, prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the confidence to work effectively with customers, consultants, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to balance people leadership with operational and commercial responsibilities. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to use business and delivery metrics to identify priorities and drive improvements. A practical, collaborative, and solutions-focused leadership style. Ability to create accountability while maintaining a supportive and engaging team environment. Professional fluency in both English and French is an asset. An MBA or other formal business education is considered an advantage. Ability to work remotely within the eligible Canadian regions, including Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia. Benefits: Full-time, permanent employment. Remote work opportunity within eligible regions of Canada. Opportunity to lead and grow an SAP Business One delivery practice. Career development through structured onboarding, hands-on learning, coaching, and collaboration with experienced industry and solution professionals. Opportunity to work with cloud ERP, automation, AI-powered solutions, and business transformation technologies. People-first, collaborative, and supportive working environment. Significant opportunity to influence delivery strategy, team performance, customer outcomes, and business growth. Exposure to a global customer base and diverse technology transformation projects.
