As we grow, operational clarity and structured delivery become critical. We are hiring a Delivery Operations Manager to build and maintain the operational system that connects sales, delivery, and customer success — and ensures every customer interaction runs smoothly from first deal to production. You’re welcome to work remotely   from  Europe. Your responsibilities will include:   Post-Sales Operations Own day-to-day operational processes across active PoCs and production customers Ensure seamless transitions from PoC to production without loss of context Build and maintain documentation for complex operational scenarios: customer migrations, model changes, GPU type changes, contract renewals Define cleanup processes for customer offboarding and scope reductions Triage incidents together with SA and Support, maintain clear escalation paths Customer Lifecycle & Commercial Operations Support transitions to new legal entities, updated contracts, and SKU changes Build and maintain instructions for AE, SE, and Sales Ops on how to work with Token Factory customers Align post-sales processes with broader Nebius Cloud standards Define upsale processes — new PoCs for existing customers, operational and billing setup, transition to production Operational Visibility Maintain a single source of truth on customer health, active workloads, and contract status Track upcoming renewals, capacity changes, and operational dependencies Surface risks early and drive resolution across teams Cross-Functional Coordination Improve handoff clarity across Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Delivery Run structured operational reviews Work comfortably with technical teams — you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what engineers are building and why it matters for customers Automation & Tooling Drive automation initiatives: Salesforce / Jira / Backoffice integrations, customer notifications, contract expiry alerts, cleanup workflows Identify where manual processes can be replaced with tooling We expect you to have:   Experience in cloud, AI, or SaaS operations You are comfortable working across sales, legal, finance, and engineering teams You bring structure without adding bureaucracy You are proactive in surfacing risks and improving execution You can hold a conversation with a technical team without getting lost What success looks like:   Active PoCs and production customers are visible and tracked Transitions to production are structured and predictable Commercial and operational changes reach customers without friction Cross-team delivery clarity improves over time Benefits & Perks: Competitive compensation Career growth and learning opportunities Flexibility and ownership Collaborative and innovative culture Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI  Equal Opportunity Statement: Nebius is an equal opportunity employer.
