Establish executive and operational governance structures that maintain alignment across customer stakeholders and internal teams. Provide regular internal and external updates on customer health, usage KPIs, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression. Resolve complex technical escalations and create clarity and momentum across ambiguous or high-priority customer situations. Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala. Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, consulting, or similar role. Strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems. Ability to connect technical project deliverables with measurable business value and customer outcomes. Proven experience with technical program or project management, including accountability for accounts, stakeholders, resources, and delivery. Experience managing complex escalations and communicating effectively with senior customer executives. Experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, developing strategic roadmaps, performing business analysis, and delivering complex programs or projects. Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas, goals, or comparable performance objectives. Strong stakeholder management, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
