This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Demonstrador de Software based in Brazil. This role is central to the software sales process, helping prospective and existing customers understand how project solutions can support their business. You will demonstrate software solutions designed for the furniture industry, both remotely and in person. The position combines product knowledge, customer engagement, technical preparation, and needs assessment. You will help prospects explore relevant functionalities, answer questions, and provide technical insights throughout the sales and post-sales journey. The role also involves preparing demonstration environments, training materials, and technical briefings that support commercial teams. It offers an opportunity to work closely with customers and sales professionals in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.
Prepare demonstration environments, including computers, systems, databases, and other resources required for successful presentations. Demonstrate project and design software solutions to furniture-industry customers through remote and in-person sessions. Explain product functionalities, answer customer questions, and provide technical support throughout demonstrations and post-sales activities. Complete demonstration reports after each presentation to ensure customer and activity records remain accurate and up to date. Develop training materials and resources to support the commercial team. Prepare technical briefs that help Sales Executives develop accurate and relevant commercial proposals. Conduct customer and prospect discovery sessions to diagnose needs, understand requirements, and identify appropriate solutions. Provide technical support and product expertise to the commercial team whenever required. Maintain a strong understanding of furniture-industry processes to ensure demonstrations are relevant to customer workflows and business needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Engineering, Production Management , or a related field. Professional experience in Design or a related area. Knowledge of project and design software tools . Previous experience in customer-facing roles , with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Good understanding of processes and workflows within the furniture industry . Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions. Availability to travel for customer meetings and demonstrations. Advanced Spanish is considered an advantage. Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and technical teams in a customer-oriented environment.
