ABOUT THE ROLE Join a customer-facing deployment team at a fintech identity and compliance company. You will lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live, connecting customer needs with product and engineering teams to help clients get value from regulated onboarding software. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan and lead tailored enterprise deployments, coordinating stakeholders, scope, timelines, and priorities.
- Assess customer requirements, break them into actionable work, and explain technical trade-offs to different audiences.
- Partner with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to identify and resolve implementation blockers.
- Capture customer feedback and recurring friction points to improve product and deployment processes.
- Create implementation documentation, guides, and tools that make future deployments more effective and scalable. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, including 3 or more years in customer-facing deployment, implementation, or solutions engineering for enterprise software.
- Experience managing complex customer implementations through go-live, including scope and stakeholder coordination.
- Meaningful expertise in KYB, KYC, AML, regulated onboarding, or a closely related compliance domain.
- Operating experience in fintech, banking, or a startup, with a track record of collaborating across product, engineering, and customer teams.
- Strong communication and systems-thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Experience with SaaS or fintech products, identity platforms, or financial infrastructure is useful. Familiarity with API integrations, data migration, or technical onboarding is also relevant. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary ranges from EUR 93,000 to EUR 146,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION This is an on-site role based in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. Candidates should be based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
