  • Deliver briefings and presentations to both technical data teams and non-technical compliance leadership, bridging the gap between data science and regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Product, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs teams to influence the roadmap for our compliance and market expansion-centric data offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Support and mentor other Services team members by sharing best practices for navigating the unique regulatory and competitive landscape of the Americas (e.g., BSA, Travel Rule, OFAC). WE’RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:

  • Built insights from complex financial datasets and communicated risk-based findings to internal or external audit/compliance stakeholders.
  • Worked directly with customers in AML, KYC, financial crime, or regulatory compliance domains within the Americas region.
  • Experience navigating the compliance requirements of traditional financial institutions or high-growth FinTechs.
  • Operated successfully in fast-paced environments requiring the ability to pivot between different regulatory jurisdictions and customer risk appetites.
  • Ideally supported cryptocurrency compliance workflows, such as alert tuning, SAR filing, or sanctions screening. TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and building automated compliance monitoring solutions.
  • Experience building notebooks and dashboards that visualize risk metrics and transaction patterns.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and working with large-scale financial transaction data.
  • Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in Chainalysis data structures to map them to traditional banking "Know Your Transaction" (KYT) needs.
