This is a senior executive fixed-term appointment reporting to UNICEF's Executive Director. The role oversees major humanitarian and supply functions, including emergency policy and response, public-health emergency preparedness, procurement and supply operations, and strategic coordination across governments, UN entities and partners.
Requirements & qualifications
UNICEF requires a distinguished senior leadership record, an advanced university degree in a relevant field, international management and humanitarian leadership experience, strong diplomatic and policy skills, fluency in English and working knowledge of another official UN language, plus willingness to travel extensively.
