Participates in licence-policy review, develops section plans, monitors licence applications, prepares evidence for law-enforcement matters and appears in court on driver-licence litigation.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a degree in Social Sciences, Management or equivalent and at least six years of relevant licensing/registration officer-level experience. A relevant master's degree is an advantage; knowledge of transport regulation, contract-management processes and stakeholder communication is expected.
