Full job description
The role supports driver-licence policy and procedures, develops strategic plans for the section, monitors licence application processing, prepares statements for law-enforcement use, and appears in court as a state witness in driver-licence litigation.
Requirements & qualifications
A degree in social sciences, management or an equivalent field is required, together with at least six years of relevant experience at Licensing or Registration Officer grade. Applicants need knowledge of the motor industry and transport rules, working knowledge of contract-management processes, strong stakeholder communication and networking, and leadership and team-building skills. A relevant master's degree is an advantage.
