Full job description
The role contributes to vehicle-licensing policy and procedures, develops section strategy, monitors vehicle-licence applications, coordinates with law-enforcement agencies, ZINARA and local authorities, prepares statements on vehicle-licence matters for enforcement use, and appears in court as a state witness in vehicle-licence litigation.
Requirements & qualifications
A degree in social sciences, management or an equivalent field is required, with at least six years of relevant experience at Licensing or Registration Officer grade. Applicants need knowledge of the motor industry and transport rules and regulations, working knowledge of contract management, sound negotiation skills, and strong leadership and team-building skills. A relevant master's degree is an advantage.
