This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Senior / Tech Lead based in Brazil. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on software development with technical leadership in a technology-driven environment. You will serve as a technical reference for the development team, influencing architecture, engineering standards, and delivery quality. The role has a broad scope, spanning solution design, coding practices, performance, security, observability, and technical planning. You will work closely with Product, Design, Business, Data, and Infrastructure teams to translate priorities into scalable solutions. Mentoring and knowledge sharing will be central to raising the technical maturity and autonomy of the team. The position also offers space to challenge existing approaches, reduce technical debt, and drive continuous improvement. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building software while also making high-impact technical decisions and developing people.
