Development Officer, Individual Giving

This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful philanthropic support for a global mission focused on expanding access to safe, affordable housing. As a frontline fundraiser, you’ll build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals while securing significant gifts that create lasting impact for families and communities. You’ll oversee a portfolio of approximately 125–150 donors and prospects within a defined U.S. territory, developing personalized strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward supporters. The role combines relationship management, strategic fundraising, proposal development, and revenue forecasting to achieve an annual goal of $800,000. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, board members, donors, and colleagues across a complex, global organization.
