This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Application Specialist based in Brazil. This role supports the implementation, adoption, and ongoing success of digital solutions across the region. You will serve as a technical application expert, helping customers integrate and effectively use digital tools within clinical and laboratory environments. The position combines project management, customer training, technical support, and commercial collaboration. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to deliver high-quality implementations and maximize solution adoption. With frequent customer interaction and up to 50% travel, the role offers a dynamic, field-oriented environment. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continued commercial growth.
Digital Solution Implementation: Provide expert application support for digital solutions, including RI Witness, and help customers successfully implement and adopt new technologies within their clinical and laboratory workflows. Project Management & Training: Manage new installations from implementation through post-launch support, delivering customer training and ensuring users are confident and effective with the solutions. Commercial Support: Partner with sales and customer-facing teams during the sales cycle by supporting product demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution validation. Customer Optimization: Conduct system reviews, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend optimizations that increase solution usage, performance, and customer satisfaction. Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve application-related issues, escalating complex technical challenges to technical service or R&D teams when appropriate. Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate records of installations, training activities, customer interactions, and technical information while keeping product knowledge and support materials current. Team Collaboration & Development: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management, while supporting the onboarding and mentoring of junior specialists when needed. Regional Travel: Travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and occasionally internationally, based on customer requirements and project needs. Requirements: Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IVF laboratories, technical application support, digital solution deployment, or a closely related field. Experience in project-based or field-oriented roles is preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline. IVF laboratory or digital certifications are considered an advantage. Clinical & Digital Knowledge: Solid understanding of IVF laboratory processes and digital clinical workflows, with the ability to translate technical solutions into practical customer applications. Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM platforms and basic SQL knowledge is preferred. Communication & Training: Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across commercial, technical, product, and customer-facing teams. Language Skills: Fluent English is required; knowledge of an additional regional language is a plus. Work Environment: Comfortable working in clinical and laboratory settings, spending extended periods at a computer, and occasionally handling equipment weighing up to 20 kg. Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including up to 50% of working time, depending on customer and project requirements.
