This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Customer Success Manager based in United States. As a Digital Customer Success Manager, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of 500–600 customers through scalable, digital-first engagement strategies. You will guide customers throughout their lifecycle, driving adoption, retention, and measurable value from a SaaS platform. The role combines customer relationship management with data analysis, lifecycle campaigns, automation, and proactive risk management. You will use customer health and usage insights to identify opportunities, strengthen engagement, and address potential retention risks. You will also lead digital QBRs, EBRs, webinars, and targeted campaigns that demonstrate customer value. Collaboration across Sales, Renewals, Product, and Support will be essential to improving the overall customer experience. This is an outcome-focused role suited to someone who enjoys working at scale while using data and digital programs to create meaningful customer impact.
