About the role The Digital Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and driver & user acquisition.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Manage and optimize paid ads and lead generation campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and insights. Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution. Support social media content, promotions, roadshows, and other marketing initiatives. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing , preferably with experience in paid ads and lead generation. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads . Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools. Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Amenable to work onsite in Tower 2, Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Paranaque City
