Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid search, paid social, and display advertising campaigns to capture high-intent demand and generate qualified leads. Build and manage integrated email marketing campaigns and communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Manage and continuously improve the corporate website and landing pages, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and increase lead conversion. Monitor web, campaign, paid media, and email performance and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve ROI. Analyze funnel performance, CPC trends, lead quality, and conversion behavior to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities. Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to align digital campaigns and media investment with product launches and broader marketing priorities. Manage relationships with digital agencies, software vendors, and other external partners, ensuring deliverables are high quality and delivered on schedule. Coordinate multiple digital initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality. Continuously test new approaches, technologies, and creative solutions to improve digital performance and customer engagement. Requirements: Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel digital marketing programs and projects, ideally in a results-oriented environment. Strong hands-on knowledge of paid search, paid social, display advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, website optimization, and digital analytics. Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including SQL, as well as modern CMS platforms. Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, HTML, and CSS. Experience using web and marketing analytics to diagnose funnel performance, assess campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to connect advertising metrics such as CPC and conversion rates with lead quality and broader business outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical approach to turning data into measurable improvements. Highly autonomous and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working across Marketing, Sales, Product, agencies, and technology partners. Certifications in Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email, or equivalent digital marketing credentials are an asset. A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and improve digital marketing practices. Benefits: Estimated total annual compensation of CA$86,000–CA$118,000 , including base salary, discretionary bonus, and applicable benefits. Comprehensive health benefits from day one. 24/7 virtual healthcare access. Dedicated wellness programs. RRSP/401(k) matching plan. Variable incentive plan. Flexible vacation policy.
