• Be responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring the timely delivery of a wide variety of cross-team projects;
• Lead multiple and diverse projects by defining requirements and deadlines, developing and executing detailed project plans, and tracking and ensuring the completion of work tickets. Tasks may include overseeing the launch of go-to-market for a new product feature for a specific channel, monitoring the development of a new landing page or a technical SEO audit, improving the onboarding experience, and more.
• Work closely with stakeholders and leads to ensure that the highest priority projects are tackled and deliver the most value to the company;
• Balance business needs vs. constraints and establish business priorities. Identify and communicate risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with the stakeholders while setting and maintaining goals, milestones, and deadlines;
• Facilitate project-related team meetings, communicate action steps, protect people from distractions and keep them focused;
• Manage, organize, and distribute all project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists, and post-project retrospectives. CORE REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years experience in project management of work across digital marketing and website design;
• 3+ years experience in SaaS (or similar industry);
• A rigorous approach to problem-solving, strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written);
• The ability to quickly shift and adapt to different tasks ranging from hands-on projects to project management;
• Ability to learn new tools and technical concepts quickly;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing stakeholders of various seniority;
• A strong sense of ownership, impeccable attention to detail, self-organization, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. WHAT WE OFFER
