What you day-to-day will look like:

• Pipeline Generation: Create new pipeline and net-new revenue opportunities within top-priority focus accounts.

• Lead Management: Work digital signals and intent-based leads, including those surfaced via strategic selling motions or AI-assisted prospecting tools.

• Opportunity Qualification: Qualify potential opportunities strictly adhering to BANT standards: Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline.

• Pipeline Acceleration: Accelerate pipeline from an uncommitted to a committed status and prepare clean hand-offs for the closure team.

• Relationship Building: Build new customer relationships, structure discovery conversations, and successfully identify customer needs.

• CRM Discipline: Maintain excellent CRM hygiene with highly accurate opportunity updates, milestones, and activity tracking.

• Funnel Management: Support early-funnel stages 1 to 3, with a primary focus on prospecting, discovery, qualification, and opportunity creation

Requirements

• Strong technical sales, customer success, or cloud advisory experience, preferably in Azure, cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, data, AI or software development environments. • Sales execution excellence, including target ownership, customer pitching, orchestration, and demos. • Consultative selling and business envisioning skills: discovery, understanding customer context and co-creating solutions. • Commercial and deal-making capability, with awareness of Azure Accelerate, Agent Factory and MACC basics. • Pipeline and forecast discipline, including evidence-backed commitments and CRM hygiene. • Ability to manage customer engagement across the full MCEM funnel, from opportunity creation to close and consumption. • Strong English communication skills; additional EMEA language coverage aligned to the HC model is valuable
