Full job description
The position plans and develops public green spaces, playgrounds, sports areas and outdoor spaces at schools, childcare facilities and cemeteries. It also covers tendering and procurement, construction supervision, project-related budget planning and monitoring, and client-side responsibilities for externally commissioned planning work.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants need a completed university of applied sciences degree in landscape management or landscape architecture with an object-planning focus. The city requires knowledge of planning, tendering, procurement, billing and construction supervision across HOAI service phases 1–9, relevant DIN/FLL standards, and MS Office, CAD and tendering software. A Class B driving licence and readiness to use a private car for official travel are desirable.
