Director, Business Systems & Solution Architecture (D365 F&O)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Business Systems & Solution Architecture (D365 F&O) based in the United States. This is a hands-on technology leadership role responsible for the strategy, architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement of a complex enterprise business systems environment. You will serve as the primary technology owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with particular depth across Order to Cash and supply chain processes. Approximately 70% of the role is hands-on, spanning solution design, configuration oversight, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and production support. You will partner closely with business and technology leaders to translate operational needs into scalable, secure, and supportable solutions. The role also provides architectural oversight across eCommerce, warehouse, EDI, analytics, financial, HR, and other connected enterprise platforms. As a senior leader, you will guide internal teams and external partners while shaping the technology roadmap, delivery standards, and business systems operating model. Success will be measured through reliable systems, reduced technical debt, stronger operational processes, and measurable business outcomes.
