This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, EHR Adoption, Training, Optimization & Organizational Transformation based in the United States. This senior leadership role helps healthcare organizations maximize the value of their electronic health record investments. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives spanning EHR adoption, optimization, training, organizational change, and long-term sustainment. The role combines healthcare operations expertise, EHR knowledge, and management consulting capabilities. You will advise executive, clinical, operational, and technology leaders across complex healthcare environments. Your work will improve user engagement, workflow adoption, workforce capability, and organizational performance. Beyond client delivery, you will help build, scale, and commercialize innovative consulting offerings in digital enablement and workforce transformation.
