Director, Fraud Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Fraud Operations based in India. As a Director, Fraud Operations, you’ll provide strategic leadership for fraud investigations and the broader effort to detect, investigate, mitigate, and prevent financial crime. You’ll oversee large-scale investigative operations while developing high-performing leaders and teams. The role combines operational ownership with long-term fraud risk strategy, workforce planning, governance, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology to strengthen fraud controls and investigative capabilities. You’ll also monitor emerging threats, systemic risks, and performance indicators to support informed business decisions. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced fraud professional who can balance risk mitigation, operational efficiency, regulatory expectations, and client experience.
