This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Global Medical Education & Training - Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Interventions (TMTI) based in United States. The Director, Global Medical Education & Training will lead the strategic development and delivery of comprehensive education programs supporting transcatheter mitral and tricuspid interventions worldwide. This role will shape training for health care providers, clinicians, and internal field teams, with a strong focus on safe, effective, and compliant use of advanced cardiovascular therapies. You will serve as a global education leader, partnering with physicians, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams across medical, clinical, marketing, regulatory, legal, quality, and R&D functions. The position combines global curriculum strategy, digital learning innovation, clinical education, and organizational capability building. You will also guide a distributed education network, manage budgets, and use performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness.
