Director, GTM Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, GTM Enablement based in Canada. As Director, GTM Enablement, you will shape the enablement strategy that helps sales, BDR, and customer success teams perform at their best. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to turn performance signals, funnel data, and frontline observations into practical programs that improve business outcomes. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from diagnosing performance gaps and reviewing customer conversations to building onboarding, messaging, coaching, and lifecycle programs. You’ll establish scalable enablement systems that managers can sustain independently rather than relying on one-off training. As the function grows, you’ll build and lead an enablement team spanning technical enablement and field coaching. You’ll work across Sales, BDR, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations in a collaborative environment where autonomy and measurable impact are highly valued.
