Director, Launch Excellence

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Launch Excellence based in the United States. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead commercialization excellence during a period of significant organizational growth and portfolio expansion. The role will drive cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution across major global commercialization priorities. You will partner with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, Legal, Finance, and regional teams to translate strategy into coordinated action. Working within a dynamic, build-while-scaling environment, you will bring structure, visibility, and execution discipline to complex initiatives. You will also help strengthen project management capabilities, governance, tools, and ways of working across the organization. The position offers broad exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to directly influence launch readiness and commercialization outcomes. As the function matures, the scope may expand to include people leadership responsibilities.
